Keith Brown - CEO
Mr. Brown's entrepreneurial nature and keen ability to spot a good opportunity became apparent very early in his adventures. In meeting his own product needs, he identified a demand and set upon meeting it. He founded Trailtech, a light industrial and commercial trailer and transport manufacturing company, over 30 years ago and since that time, remains involved in its operations as CEO. His domain eventually expanded into diversified fields including parts distribution, residential real estate, agricultural real estate and multiple private equity investments. He sits on multiple boards, participates in many business events and trade shows related to his interests and investments, and continuously and energetically seeks new opportunities. Mr. Brown's hobbies include golf, wine collecting, running, biking (pedal and motor), business and literature reading, music (jazz in particular), travel and being a granddad.
Rosemarie Brown - Vice President Family Governance
The ambitious nature that seems to embody many rural Saskatchewan natives is abundantly clear in Mrs. Brown. From owning her own private law practice, to high school history and languages teacher, to Human Resource Director for upwards of 75 employees, her passion and energy are endless. Her interests lie in travel, reading, learning, politics, golf, and of course, family.
Tonia Brown - Vice President Business Development
Ms. Brown started her entrepreneurial journey as co-founder and CEO of a start-up audio-visual company in Calgary after a successful but short stint teaching middle years students in Saskatchewan. She has served on the board of the Entrepreneurs' Organization at the Calgary level, where she held the position of President among others, as well as at the national level. Her passions are travel, learning, family, skiing, hiking, art, photography, and most of all, experiencing life with her son.
Jeff Paddon - Partner
Mr. Paddon joined Lamont Brown Group in 2015 following 6 years in commercial real estate investment and development, including 4 years with one of Western Canada’s largest and most successful developers. He brings experience in investment management, underwriting, due diligence and transaction management to the LBG team. He received his Bachelor of Science at St. F.X. University and has remained actively involved with the institution in varying capacities since graduation. His passions and hobbies include travel, guitar, live music of mostly any genre and the pursuit of new challenges and opportunities.
